Legal claim period for cracks in the walls

If these cracks cause the non-fulfilment of the habitability requirements, according to article 17.1.b, the intervening agents will have a liability for 3 years, and from the moment these damages have been manifested, there will be a period of 2 years to exercise the opportune actions;
