Communities of Owners

Any neighbour can claim for damages to the community from the developer or builder, both in private areas and in the common areas that affect them, if they suffer damages individually or in the common areas; The duty of the community, once the owner’s problem has been communicated, is to raise this issue at the next meeting and if it is approved, the president must act on behalf of the community;

Individuals

Every owner, whether of a duplex, a flat or a flat, is perfectly entitled to claim for private damage to his property, without the need for authorisation from the community; Don’t settle for living in a home with damage that may affect its safety, habitability or sanitation;
